"We are very proud and pleased with our new president, and she seems to be accessible and approachable to all those involved and concerned with the university.  ...

 She has also approved the change of title for the vacant position of university librarian to that of dean of the university libraries as recommended by Interim Provost Bobby Middlebrooks. This move by the president is a sign that she is a team player."

For almost five years the Thames boosters claimed that the turmoil on campus was caused by a lazy and contentious faculty. Now we have much the same faculty and a new president, and things are going well. Guess what the source of the troubles was.
