"Paul said the size of the committee was an indicator of Saunders' strong desire to be sure all constituencies were at the table after receiving input from the Faculty Senate, academic deans and others....According to Saunders, a good fit would require the new provost to be a team player. "One very important thing we want in this individual is the ability to work well with other members of the cabinet," Saunders said. "You always want someone who is a good match with the team."
