Saw in the HA that USM had no access to the internet yesterday due to a cable being cut in Perry County.  Is it back up today?? (Tuesday 7/31)

I am taking an online class this summer. My instructor understands the problem and is extending our timeline for accessing our final exam.

Hopefully more instructors will be as understanding.
