The next "tort reform" campaign will undoubtedly be to say that universities can't possibly be held responsible for their actions. Mississippi will lead the fight nationally with Shelby and Haley becoming "world class" advocates of taking away more civil rights in America.
Seriously, this is a good sign for the numerous other law suits pending against the craziness at USM. Now, how do we get the USM Administration to treat people properly in the first place, thus avoiding lawsuits??? Impossible.
