Business plan? USM - Gulf Coast needs an education plan first, doesn't it? I mean a real plan that works. Before they start "growing businesses," they need to grow their upper-division undergraduate educational program. That's the best thing USM could possibly do to help economic development on the Coast!

150K represents a $1500 raise for 100 faculty/staff, or a $3000 raise for 50 faculty/staff. Does anyone else see a lacking at USM here?
