Just like to say that I don't have a problem with political threads as long as they stay on topic and people treat each other with respect (which I think we all did--sort of amazing when you think about the diverse souls that regularly post on this board!).  If you noticed, that thread is currently onto more "light" topics such as what if Bob Dylan/Kinky Friedman were running for Prez (sorry, Invictus and AE, for calling your team "light!").  Obviously, it is your choice not to participate (and to post about it!).  Just my $.02...
