I'm taking donations. I need all the help I can get. At least you profs can leave, this degree from this stupid school sticks with me my whole life. I want a refund! Too bad USM is NOT more like Wal-Mart.

I am really concerned about your remarks concerning this matter. I would like to make a brief comment --

Most universities have some sort of obligation to their alumni. I'm not talking about a legal obligation. I'm talking about a moral or ethical obligation. The university took your money, and very likely they'll be soliciting more. This thing is a two-way street. I probably received my undergraduate degree long before you were even born, but I still believe that I could have flown back to my undergraduate alma mater at any time between the day of my graduation and the present time, and obtain some sound academic/career advice from various campus sources -- beginning with my former department. Have you considered bringing some of your concerns to the attention of your former department chair or academic advisor or some other person on campus?

You repulsive USM faculty (read: American revolutionaries)! Don't you understand that I, Shelby Thames (read: King George), am the boss and that your job is to follow orders? Where did you ever get it into your heads that there should be representative [read: shared] governnance? How dare you question my policies? I am offended that you have formed this rag-tag "Continental Army" (read: AAUP chapter). Your efforts cannot succeed. Superior power is in my hands.
