Today I tried to use Mozilla to access SOAR. The page froze up and I couldn't get anywhere. When I tried IE, it worked perfectly. Is this another shot at Mozilla-loving faculty from Homer, Shelby, and the boys?
More likely someone following the #1 rule of computer programming ("laziness is a virtue") using out-of-the-box Micro$oft solutions. Does SOAR perchance run on a Micro$oft server platform? The boys (very few girls) in Redmond like to set it up so that MS products will run with competitor's browsers but only after the webmeister does some serious configuration work.
Well, you know, lots of people complainin' that there is no work. I say, "Why you say that for When nothin' you got is U.S.-made?" They don't make nothin' here no more, You know, capitalism is above the law. It say, "It don't count 'less it sells." When it costs too much to build it at home You just build it cheaper someplace else.
"Mozilla Firefox is not a certified PeopleSoft browser. Internal tests have been positive but functionality may be different. PeopleSoft has announced they will support Firefox in the future, however, if you have issues with Firefox we ask that you access “PeopleSoft" with one of the supported browsers. Technical support for this browser will be limited. NOTE: Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT 4 are no longer supported by Microsoft and PeopleSoft no longer recommends these operating systems. No technical support will be given for these systems."
