Out here on the RFD, the paper seems to arrive shortly after lunch if it arrives at all. Except on Sunday when we can expect it sometime on Monday afternoon

(HA delivery in the outback was more reliable in the days when the paper arrived the next day by USPS.)

Yes, the H.A. moved production times up to have papers in the racks by 9:00 a.m. and home delivery some time thereafter. I assume this is to take the edge off the Clarion Ledger competition. As usual, home delivery remains a question.
