I think the people in Curriculum, Instruction and Special Education (CISE) have plenty of reason to feel pretty paranoid these days. Hence all the initials.

The CISE people besmirched his name and subsequent reputation. Follow the money and see where many of the inequities lie -- Dana Thames, shame on you.
