The original letter he posted to this board actually list the institutions he refered to in the first part of the letter. I guess it was to long for HA.

Thank you for the letter. I'm glad it was published, although seeing all those institutions actually listed makes quite an impact as well!

I happen to know that the list of institutions would have been longer if all the academics on this list had actually listed their institutions. Many of my professional colleagues signed only their own names, and I imagine there are scholars in other fields that did so as well.
