Is money being wrongly diverted? Have they left this campaign effort to die in the dust? Are the numbers given for grant dollars accurate, and who can say so? Who is due the credit, really, for any recent grant dollars? AND, how does that help the students of Mississippi whose tuition is apparently going up again? Really - why would the choose to go to USM???
