I understand the sentimental affinity for "No Quarter,"  but what's the point of adopting a bellicose name if the board's purpose is to provide for constructive dialog and ultimately the post-Thames rebuilding of USM?  Granted, I'm probably the last person who should be commenting since I'm not in the trenches,  or an AAUP member,  or one of the oppressed.   In fact  I don't even know if I was authorized to vote,  but I did--for "USM Forum."  If my ballot was illegal,  feel free to throw out the vote.  Now if you'll excuse me, I have to get back to campaigning for Kinky Friedman.
