There is a Letter to the Editor in the Petal News - May 20 edition by a Philosphy and Religion major named Dennis Pauley that is definitely anti-Thames regime.  Has anyone seen a copy of it?  I can't pull it up on the web. I imagine we need Dennis's permission to reprint it.
