Maybe in Hattiesburg they do, but in Western North Carolina they don't. Except maybe once a year on Grandfather Mountain.

Hey, bringing back the bagpipe corp would be nice, but I would rather bring back a sane administration.

I can't say about drug testing, but it's perfectly acceptable to go commando under the kilts when the weather is hot and humid, which for us is most of the year.
