UTEP Stuns USM

Our season may not be over. Everyone is gathering at the M-Club on Sunday afternoon around 5:00pm to watch Selection Sunday on CBS and ESPN. With yesterday's win over Tulsa, USM won 10 games, so there is still a shot of an at-large bid. Also, I heard that if USM doesn't get selected on Sunday, Eustachy will be one of the coaches they interview when they get to the "Let's talk to the teams that got shafted" segment of the live show.

Forget it--the NCAA is afraid of inviting a darkhorse powerhouse like USM. I have it from reliable sources that the team will be traveling to the Big Apple for the NIT, where they'll be favored to repeat as champion. NITchampburg Redux! Go Eagles!
