USM's Kendra Reed named CUSA WBB Freshman of the Year

She shares the title with a player from East Carolina and is the first Southern Miss freshman to win the freshman of the year honor since Janice Felder. She was also named CUSA All-Freshman and Second Team All-Conference USA.
