Assistant Professor of Tourism Management Johye Hwang is off to Missouri, Columbia after less than one year at USM.  She was a very good hire for USM, and is now one for UM.

Keeping this position filled with faculty as good as Johye will be next to impossible.  This is a simple case of being asked to do way too much (teach, research, Charcoal Room, service...).  Not going to work.
