Congratulations, Dr. Lo!  I visited UTSA college of business webpage (http://business.utsa.edu/) and am impressed with what I saw, esp the highlight links down the righthand side of the main page.  Very good.  I'll speak for those who don't know you personally and say that we all wish you the best.
