My comments are fact.  Facts are right on.  I have no knowledge of Nichols State;  I am talking about the Auburn program he came from.  He never informed anyone at USM that he was continuing his teaching for compensation there after USM hired him as dean.  That's inappropriate on his part.  And it is fact.

Wasn't it pretty widely known that he was teaching at Bama while Dean...This is not news, is it?

Did Gunther set up the degree from that other thread?

The CoB is settling down to old rhythms. Doty's recent actions did not play well at the Dome.

I saw Bill Gunther today, and he seemed upset.  I never thought problems in the COB would turn to attacks on a former Dean to take the heat off the current one.

Gunther has been mad ever since he was fired as the dean those many years ago!

Right...2 1/2 years is "many years ago". Gunther is one of the first casualties of SFT. Nobody rallied around the fired deans like they rallied around any SFT action since then.

This is absolutely true. In retrospect, I wonder why no one except nursing really stepped up then. I don't know about the others, but the loss of Martray and Boudreaux was bad for their programs.

So was he working illegally at Auburn or Alabama...Is the tail on this cat growing...

Not illegally, apparently.  Unethically.

Does that description apply to paid international flights home too, or just to teaching at other places?
