Now that the USM Foundation has given tentative approval to paying Bret Boyles about $200,000, my boss and I really would like to know if the foundation directors found out:

1. Who authorized the foundation to enter into this contract?

2. What role did Ryan (the $100,000 man) and Mark Boyles play in this matter?

3. What services did Boyles perform in return for this fee?

I think some of us Washington insiders can learn a thing or two from you rednecks.  I just wish that Delay's PAC had refused to release its records.
