How interesting! My 7 year old son does Sudoku in his 2nd grade class (the very easy ones!), and because of this, I learned how to do them, too. They remind me of logic games that I used to do as a kid myself, and they are great at teaching patterns to kids. Our local paper in Nashville has a new puzzle every day. And there is even a Sudoku website!

Sudoku is engaging but not as much fun as word games. Mind games still seem to be the favorite on this board, however.

Long timer is the prototypical college professor. What minds those people have! They are often bored by the mundane.
