I don't know what rhetorical means in this context, but it was a serious post. What I said is an essential ingredient for a successful presidential search. Father and Mother Time asked for How/When/What/How questions. I gave them the Mother of all questions. If the Good Old Boy Syndrome is incorporated into the search, ya'll might as well hang it up.
