I don't know what she has done other than have the cell tower located in Hattiesburg. That I believe was the worst failure of the disaster. It needs to be located somewhere in the mid-USA so that it won't blow down in a bad storm. The cell phones are still in a mess.

This is easy to understand. She was a USM administrator. Since SFT gave his other administrators raises, he made sure that A.D. got what was due her, even though she had to leave.

New jobs in Hattiesburg area?? other than fast food

Industrial parks and proposed industrial parks, spec buildings and vacant buildings...I dont recall NEW jobs in H'burg in a couple of years (announcements dont count)

Heck, we even have a world class economic development department at the local university, so where are all the NEW employers(dont include Chic Filet)?

There are plenty of new jobs in South Mississippi. But most South Mississippians don't speak enough Spanish to qualify for them.

Without getting into bilingual arguments, the fact of the matter is that the ADP and A. Dvorak has done nothing to produce jobs. "Clinch" your fists girl. She is a joke and will never accomplish anything. What is her shelf life here?? What are her credentials?? She still will drag her feet bost on other's past accomplishments.

You won't get any argument around here about the talents of the unesteemed Dr. Dvorak. What most of us don't understand is how she got from being an English professor to being President of a community college (and leaving under murky circumstances) to being VP here to being an econ development guru. I mean, what's up with that?
Personally, I think she's a grifter and a con artist. She'll milk this situation for all it's worth and move on down the road, the sooner the better. She's still at ADP because she smells money and also prob'ly has the goods on Shelboo or somebody close to him.
