"Krebs also said, 'One of the main problems was a month of fundraising for EaglePalooza I lost after I was screwed over by an unnamed economic development group, namely the ADP.' He said the Area Development Partnership 'underhandedly' went back on a verbal agreement a group of board members made with him in April to pair EaglePalooza with HubFest in the same weekend."

It goes on, and is a bad scene. Krebs hammered 'em. From the looks of it, they deserve what they get on this one. I hope the HA covers this.

Not that I mind Krebs blasting the ADP, if they did fail to come through for the students as promised, but does the "unnamed/ADP quote amuse anyone else?

havent thought about angie in a while....wonder if she and adp ever got straight with the IRS on the witholding tax issue?? with all the bankers and cpa s involved with the adp seems a simple issue like taxes would be a no brainer...why would krebs be surprised to be "stood up" by the adp?

Cornett was on the SGA during the time of Dvorak's resume problems and, if I am remembering correctly, came out in defense of her. The a$$-kissing worked, he got a job out of it.

LOL, if Cornett has a job with the ADP, it's in much worse shape that I could have imagined. He was considered a joke by other student leaders when he was on campust and I can't imagin much of that has changed.

I can only imagine who you you are.... and what small balls you must have to say these comments under a veil of hidden identity. Speaks miles about your character... I'm sure one of your subjects such as Mrs. Dvorak & Mr. Cornett would love to hear from you, so they might have the chance to rebuttle your nonsense.

A. Dvorak has screwed alot of us here and she continues to screw people. Like the Skipper said she is protected. How did she get that job and what has she done? Some sniffing needs to be done beyond her problems she had here with us.

An excellent point and an interesting project for someone not in danger of SFT's wrath. There definitely is something there.

Intrigued makes a good point someone needs to do this. Who cares about SFT he does not control the ADP. I think it it times to find out how the hiring process was handled. I am sure it was fixed due to Dr. Phil's demise. There needs to be a real long look into her history and qualifications. Rumor has it and during our investigation her cv shows 19 jobs and a short shelf life at each. Wonder why! Dig! Dig!

I believe Baffled was thinking of all of us who suffered from her evil "clinched" fist. I do not believe they were trying to steal any credit. It does matter whether she is in or out of the chain of command because she is still affecting the community which includes not only us individually but the whole campus.

Even though Dvorak has left the university, I would argue that local businesses have a loud voice in the university, therefore her influence is still felt here at USM. Think back to the "Coca Cola Cabal."

You are so, so right! We need to start looking deeper. What is her background career wise and otherwise? How did the hiring process take place at ADP. She still wheels a strong arm tactic in the community and adverse to us here at he University. Seems like her lifestyle has changed dramatically?

Perhaps this is true in your case. But I scrolled back through this thread and find that once "Baffled" seems to be yet another someone who either keeps shifting identities or is simply jumps on the board and throws in comments like some people throw water balloons.

I'm highly suspicious of folks who come on once and cite rumor and then urge an "investigation" or similar action. They never volunteer to be part of the "investigation" . . . they never engage in prolonged discussion. They simply hit and run, leaving me to conclude the object isn't really to do anything constructive, but to obfuscate with cries of fire in a crowded theatre.

Since Amy does not know what economic development is if she saw it, I think she is an excelent person to represent AAUP. She is an expert on every topic and no knowledge to back it up!!
