GULFPORT - Colleges and universities on the Coast have seen a 25 percent to 35 percent decrease in enrollment since Hurricane Katrina, but officials believe those numbers will rise by next semester....

Colleges and universities along the Coast lost between 25 percent and 35 percent of students because of Hurricane Katrina. Following are enrollment numbers for area schools before and after the storm:
