Yes, these are from last year. The FS selected award recipeints but there was a delay in presentation of the honoraria. I am pleased to see that the checks have been delivered and recipients duly recognized for their outstanding contributions to the University and Community.

I thought you would like to know that Faculty Senate gave you an ovation for your hard work as chair of the awards committee. Although retired, I attended the meeting for entertainment purposes.

P.S. The meeting was in room 123 of the library, where the no confidence vote was taken.

Alan--thanks for your work on this. If I remember correctly, there were lots of obstacles to be overcome.

Thanks for the kind words. The bulk of the work was accomplished by the Committee - all of whom gave considerable time to reviewing the dossiers. I'm just thankful that the time and effort of all involved finally came to fruition. Congrats to our distinguished colleagues both junior and senior.
