approved Change Order #9 in the amount of $14,968.00 and zero (0) additional days to

the contract of W.G. Yates & Sons Construction Co.

Staff Approval Date: February 11, 2011

Change Order Justification: Change Order #9 is necessary to alleviate drainage

issues on the north and south elevations of the Learning Center and the area south of the

main site entrance to the plaza.
