There are now pictures of the aftermath of Katrina on the American's website (the one I linked to shows the trees down in front of the Dome).

Also in this article, it says that officials say it might be weeks before power is restored. Don't think USM will be opening back up any time soon.

Again, sending our prayers out to all of our friends in South MS and LA.
