This topic entered another thread and I believe it needs its own discussion. 

Does anyone see a problem with all the golf carts on campus?  I understand the desire for pedestrian walkways, but golf carts should not be allowed there.  I've even seen them parked on the ramp at Cook Library while the driver goes inside to grab a Starbucks.

Parking Management, USM Police, or Joe Paul needs to be working on this.  I'll give them the benefit of the doubt - they are probably already on it!
