would it be possible to publish this list in the newspaper?  would permission have to be sought from the individuals or is it public record?  i ask this because this might bring home to the community just what and who have been lost.  and i would think it might be an embarrassment to the administration, if it is possible to embarrass these people.  i for one would be willing to contribute money to such a publication!
