Who of the deans has any respect?

None

Do any have any power?

Still have power over their faculty with regard to tenure and promotion as well as other
things. They can still make life miserable for faculty in their colleges.

Now is the time for Senate delegations and other faculty leaders to meet with deans one-by-one to lay out their (faculty's) expectations of them (the deans) in the New Era (i.e. Thames-Is-Toast Era).
