For the dean job? I thought in another thread someone said UNF chose someone other than doty...is my memory worse than usual?

I think someone was reporting the rumor that Doty had not gotten the job. I just spoke with someone in CoB and was told that people are now saying Doty himself may have started the story that someone else got the position, perhaps as a smokescreen.

Didn't/don't AACSB schools have an unwritten or perhaps even written understanding that hiring from another AACSB school isn't permitted after april 15?

Boy, you are right on the money. I bought the line that USM was a school on the move. They didn't tell me they meant moving backward into a deep dark hole.

Dr. Doty sits on no offers or he would be getting quotes for the move. He is obviously a Dome target and will remain one. Leave or be moved out. He would probably move to almost anywhere to be almost anything at this time.
