I have several IP addresses and the same spyware advertisement pops up every time I get on this website from my different IPs - is anyone else experiencing this?

It's called a pop-under advertisement. And it's one of the "best" implemented pop-unders I've ever encountered. ("Best" being a relative term here.) Very difficult to block.

I have no problem blocking it with Mozilla from my static IP, but I have a devil of a time blocking it with the same browser from my dynamic IP. Must check more closely this evening...

I use Mozilla Firefox now, too, and I only get it sometimes. You should definitely switch to Firefox and get Adblock, too...it's the best!
