Excellent point, Green Hornet. But remember you are being logical. Until recently that seemed to be in short supply at the IHL.

The loss of faculty under Thames exceeds 30%. That certainly suggests a major problem in leadership.

I didn't see the interview, but that even exceeds the criterion reported on WDAM:

"The WDAM interview indicated that any manager that loses 20% of their employees needs to have their leadership abilities re evaluated.
