Sorry I don't know how to post a link but College Presidents no longer report to the IHL Board, but instead to Commissioner.  Good or Bad?  Seems good to me.

This is a DRAFT proposal. I am heartened by the fact that Mr. Ross immediately raised objections.
It could be a good thing. It forces the prez to report directly to an education professional, and to undergo yearly evaluation. Others in attendance thought it was a Good Thing.
