On March 5, 2004, as I listened to the infamous hearing on the internet, I was told "Cheer up. Things could be worse." So I cheered up. And sure enough, things got worse.

I sure hope this is true, This just in.... But since we don't know who is posting to this board, I think it would be prudent to continue sending in compliants to SACS just to be sure. See the thread "Filing a Complaint with SACS" for the links.

Is it necessary to be affiliated with USM to file a complaint? Would be a MS taxpayer sufficient? Could someone from out of state file?

The worst that could happen, Sympathizer, is that they may ignore your complaint. But at least they would realize people across the country are concerned.
