Google bounces to my Inbox any article that contains the words "University of Southern Mississippi." Tonight I received an item that mentioned USM in the "People's Daily Online" out of Beijing, China. The item, entitled "The Human Rights Record of the United States in 2004" was released by the Information Office of the People's Republic.

I thought that posters might like to see how something pertaining to USM is being reported out of Beijing. I trust that their term "hordes" is simply a spin on what actually happened:

"At the University of Southern Mississippi, hordes of white students assaulted four black students."
