Well, I hope it is simply an oversight, or that Doty is getting his own special hand-delivered (perfumed?) communications.

Of course, there's also a possibility that his name was removed from the copy of the email before it was posted here. (Sorry to sound paranoid, but the way the trolls have been trolling around here, one should be cautious...)

Anyway, before this "rumor" gets all out of control, has anybody called the president's office to ask?

Obviously leaving Doty off was a cost saving measure. It costs a lot to deliver an email.
