Southern Miss v. Ole Miss Baseball Game Reply
Now that the game has been moved from March 8 to April 19, look for the 2nd Annual Southern Miss Crawfish Boil at Smith Wills Stadium to be moved as well. $8 if bought before April 19; $10 day of. Beer, cokes, and water will be sold there as well. Starts two hours before the game. Keep spreading the word. Contact any member of the Jackson Area Alumni Association for tickets.

The "...Who Was Always Picked Last For Dodgeball" part of these EagleTalk comments reminds me of a woman gym teacher I had when I was in the 9th grade in the public schools. She was monitoring study hall one day and walked right up to a quite student who was minding her own business and studying. and proclaimed with a sound that rang throughout the library, "You're the clumsy one, aren't you? The one with no athletic ability. You've got no business even taking gym." The EagleTalk poster seems to be a not very nice person - like that gym teacher that humiliated that girl in the library. The EagleTalk poster must be a very cruel jerk.

This is an example of exactly the sort of unicellular mentality you're dealing with over there & one reason that I personally will never read or post on that board again, even for sports-related stuff. I also noted that "LegalGoldenEagle" (who presumably is either a lawyer or a paralegal & ought to know the significance of editing) actually replaced the serious content of my post with an ellipsis. (Of course, he may not know that's the name of those three dots, but I don't care.)

There are several posters there who are allegedly lawyers. Several journalists. And several guys who appear to have no visible means of support.

(BTW, there are some really good guys who post on ET, but for the most part they stick to the sports forum.)
