The BOGUS board of directors recently received the following email. It seems that USM has more competition than just the Best Online University in the South!

"We have a similar institution here, the Barbados Online Lifelong Learning Occupational Course and Kinetic Studies, known as BOLLOCKS. Courses are available on tape also, known as talking bollocks, and the lecturers are practising testiculating, i.e waving their hands about whilst talking bollocks. Most courses have little academic content, and you can buy them in bulk, locally known as a load of bollocks. Happy enrolment day!"
