What's the relationship between Atofina and Rohm & Haas?

You know, I'm trying to figure it all out myself. But there is a relationship. Can anyone add to this info?

Rohm and Haas Company uses monomers as raw materials in the manufacture of polymers that are used in paints and other coatings and that are used as thickeners in many paints and personal care products.
