I am posting from home, but here are the topics we will discuss today at the AAUP meeting at 4:00 in the College of Health building, rm. 109:

1. report from Committee A on the Stevenson case (they have a report)
2. update on collecting paperwork to send to national concerning the 7 points listed in the initial letter.
3. election of a vice president for AAUP-USM
4. new business

I hope many of you can make it, but I know many of you who cannot come today will be with us in spirit.

Since Dr. Exline spoke to the Senate in December, I suppose she may be reporting on the letter SACS was due to send.  Today, Wednesday,  is the date the SACS letter was to arrive.  I hope the Hattiesburg American gets to publish that letter.
