From Chapter 21:

Phil Bryant, the State's Auditor, was rarely heard on the University's travails.  It was widely rumored that the former Provost had left a package with him in late Summer of 2004, containing all the details of how Thames and his Vice President for Financial Affairs were socking away money in quasi-private accounts.  However, on a cold, dreary day in late 2004 things changed.  Bryant was summoned to Bobby's residence............

Bobby's residence?  Is this a reference to Bobby Chain? If not, then who?  I don't get it.

My guess would be Bobby Chain, but isn't it all fiction anyway?

Wouldn't that be Chapter 11, really...like bankruptcy, both moral and fiscal?
