Shelby can't get off probation without faculty support and cooperation.  IHL caught Shelby lying today.  It's time for a trade.  If I were negotiating the hostage release of SACS probation, I would make the following trade: 

IHL get rid of the current administration for SACS support from the faculty and staff

 Probation is not going to be resolved without faculty and staff support.  Morale is at an all time low.  The administration can't require the faculty and staff to be inspired enough to do anything anymore.  There is a complete loss of confidence in the administration by the IHL (outside consultant) and faculty and staff (for obvious reasons).  IHL caught him lying and according to their own guidelines, he can't continue to hold his lofty position.  

It feels like harmonic convergence!
