Does anyone know who will speak @ graduation? I really don't think I could sit through a speech by Barbour or Hewes!!
Is there anything "special" planned for graduation?

USM alumna to speak at graduation


Margaret Loesch, a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi who has made her mark in the media and entertainment industries, will serve as Southern Miss commencement speaker at 2:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Friday at Reed Green Coliseum.

The four-time Emmy Award winner, was founding president and CEO of Fox Kids Networks, serving in that capacity from 1990-1997.

BTW, what happened to LSM's bright idea to have a student give the commencement address? Didn't that last only one time due to all the negative fallout?

Everything here lasts only one time due to all the negative fallout.
