Powerful words are being written among us on this board in response the most recent fiasco under Thames. But these words are inaudible, invisible to anyone who does not read this board. Isn't it high time for visible, audible ACTION? Or would you rather wait until after USM has lost its accreditation?

Isn't it time to forget about trying to work with Thames? Isn't it clear that he is not to be trusted? Hasn't he demonstrated often enough that he is not competent to be a university president? Isn't it obvious that his administration has done enormous harm to USM? Why should such a destructive person be allowed to be USM's president for even one more day?

Every student, parent, faculty member, staff, alum, friend -- anyone who cares about USM -- needs to begin rallying in front of the Dome DAILY, loudly proclaiming what we all KNOW:

THAMES MUST GO -- NOW!!!

THAMES MUST GO -- NOW!!!

NO QUARTER!!!

NO CONFIDENCE!!!!!

The demand for an IMMEDIATE end of the Thames regime must be LOUD and CLEAR, and IT MUST NOT STOP until he is GONE! Not one day must go by without this demand being made in ways that will be widely heard. The IHL doesn't want to dismiss him, so he must be DRIVEN AWAY, forced to resign, by the incessant and unwavering protests of all who refuse to allow him to continue destroying USM.

As long as Shelby Thames is in the Dome, there is NO HOPE FOR USM!!!

MARCH ON THE DOME!! Today! Tomorrow! Every day! Don't let up!

Why not before Christmas break?


I know there are a lot of exams going on, BUT Thursday or Friday when there will be a lot of community members around!! I say Friday morning!! I'll even come in my cap & gown!!


Should I start making flyers?


This is so serious.  I am working on my fellow classmates, believe me they are pi$$ed too.  We've got to get enough people worked up.  Look for my flyer tomorrow.
