Seeing today's breaking news, on two fronts, I hastily posted to Liberty and Power.  As I have just 8 more term papers to grade (it's final exam week at Clemson), I should be able to post regularly on these stories as breaking news comes in.

It was beginning to look as though Klumb and Thames were going to be able to carry on their demolition work with no further adverse publicity.  Fortunately they were wrong about that.

I fervently hope that the USM Faculty Senate will take action on Thursday, adding substantially to Thames' new burden of bad publicity.
