This is all making too much sense.  The HA has bought into the myth. So has the ADP. So has the IHL.  So has the silly man standing on USM's steps declaring that he'll run for mayor. So has the AD without the P.  Does anyone else think that SFT resembles W.C. Fields?

I've always thought he looks more like Nikita Kruschev, except that Kruschev had more hair...

Isn't Bluster a puppet?   I'd suggest the character actor Dub "Cannonball" Taylor--proper physical stature,  same dialect and idioms of speech, and exactly the right degree of bombast and pomposity. If you don't know him,  Taylor played the white-trash character in "Bonnie & Clyde" who betrayed the outlaw couple, and later a succession of similar roles including the corrupt sheriff in "Cannonball Run II" A perfect fit.
