Is Cat in the Hat pulling our leg?

With a name like "Cat in the Hat" we should be careful of what we accept as true.smile
There are two threads started by "Cat" however neither announcement has been verified.  Until I hear otherwise, Reporter is skeptical.  spammer.gif

The appointment of Dr. Powell is true and was made officially at the Provost Council Meeting yesterday which I attended.

No leg pulling from Cat.  I like cats and thought I was being clever with cat in the hat.  No hidden meaning. 

Thank you Stephen Judd for verifying the associate provost appointment and obviously giving me some credibility.
